Emerson SThe equipment was clean but perhaps not well maintained. Both doors to the cab had to be slammed in order to close properly. The transmission worked but it seemed like the engine was working too hard at times it shouldn’t have been (like going downhill and slowing down down with no load in the truck.)
Sarah MIt was a hot day in San Diego and the AC was not working. I went an hour over my reservation time, and only 15 minutes past my pick up time the day before. I was charged an extra day plus an extra day on the insurance! The location could have been more accommodating.
