I returned the vehicle clean and with more gas than at pick up, I was charged $25 cleaning fee and $10 fuel adjustment. I called and asked for explanation, they had no explanation to offer, they said they would send me pictures of mod they claimed was in the vehicle but none was sent. Extremely dissatisfied, will never use this location again

Roy JI find it very dishonest and unacceptable to be overcharged with hidden fees that I clearly did not agree to. It feels like a sneaky and unfair way to make extra money off customers.
