There were two sets of keys in the lock box, made it confusing regarding picking up the correct truck. Also attempted to use the mobile app and was unable to download the pictures taken of the truck as instructed. I called the 858 number for customer service and was rerouted 3 times to different offices and was hung up on twice by your service agents during transfers. Will not be using this service in the future.

Emerson SThe equipment was clean but perhaps not well maintained. Both doors to the cab had to be slammed in order to close properly. The transmission worked but it seemed like the engine was working too hard at times it shouldn’t have been (like going downhill and slowing down down with no load in the truck.)
