When I arrived I thought I was at the wrong location. There was no Uhaul signage and I had to walk through a car garage to find an office where someone was sitting to help me. She was very helpful and super nice but it all felt a little weird. I would say the customer service was great but that the facilities were weird.

The person who attended me was extremely nice but the location is hard to find, there is no sign and it is inside another business.

I called to request a change in drop off location. I was sent a text with the address. I went there to drop off the 10 ft truck and was told they didn't have room and couldn't take it. They called u-Haul and U-Haul told me I had to take it to a different location otherwise I would be charged double if I left it. Unbelievable. It wasn't the location's fault - they very great and ended up taking it anyway - but U-Haul corporate was horrible.
