Office was locked - a phone call and the employee was very responsive and things worked out well
SCOTT SCONFUSING. had no idea where to put my key bc i couldn’t find lock box. so i shoved it into the mail box slip on door.
Jaelynne TTried to check-in online HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!. I tried to call the menu didn't offer me a viable option. I tried the closest option and it put me back to the start. My mileage was less than I estimated and I ended up having to pay $36.00 more than I would have if I had gone the full estimated mileage. I feel ripped off. I called the manager of the location and he came to assist me and things eventually got taken care of. I was appalled uhaul 's customer service. I appreciate the location manager going above and beyond the call of duty to help resolve the situation I would still be dealing with the situation AND paying quite a bit more!
