Don’t have me take my trailer to a location that is 10 miles farther from me than a closer drop off location.

NANCY RThis is just a storefront. There was no one there to assist. I had pre-ordered 12 blankets and found a plastic wrapped bundle of blankets in the lobby that I assumed were for me. However, there were only 6 blankets in the bundle. When I called UHaul, they informed me that I needed to use a mobile app to check in. I was not informed of this ahead of time. There were a number of problems with the mobile check-in and I was on the phone with UHaul for 62 minutes working through them all. The problems included not accepting and verifying some info, not being able to scan my driver's license, and trouble uploading pictures of the truck. If I didn't have assistance from the UHaul service agent to override these issues, I wouldn't have been able to complete the check-in. The mobile app definitely needs some fixing to make it user friendly.
