Now this place was courteous. The young lady came out and gave me instructions of where to park. The gentleman unhooked my car trailer and I was given my receipt quick and was on my way home. Thanks for making it fast and easy, unlike the location I had to pick up the trailer from.

The trailers electrical system didn't work. I didn't notice it until after they were closed. I also couldn't take the trailer from the hitch, leaving me in a very bad position of driving around in a 6x12 trailer with no lights on. I thought maybe the 4 flat cable was the issue, since upon inspecting of the cable, the cables were obviously damaged and had been modified to allow the trailer to be put back of the road.I bought a new cable, since it was after business hours and I couldn't replace the trailer, to no effect. The next day I brought it to their attention, and they didn't believe me. They ran their own system check to confirm, changed out the wires I bought, and had the same result. He then grabbed a forklift to separate my truck from the trailer, like it's common practice. I am not satisfied with this company. They didn't reimburse me for a new 4 flat trailer extention cable I had to get because theirs was damaged. I would not go back to this location.I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. Take your business elsewhere!

They were attemping to charge me $39.00 for a $19.95 truck. I called the uHaul 1-866 number and was told they had my rental for 2 days vice one. When I went to return the truck the check in clerk told me it was a higher for "weekend" rate. I spoke to the manager, he asked me to wait. I asked if there was any way to speed things up, I had people waiting on me. His response was that "this is a service were providing as a favor" I never had to pay for a favor before. Perhaps it is a service they should not be providing. They try to over charge for their service.

Can be more understanding with customer. I recently rented a truck for my very old aunt who neede help. And I got a small truck and when we realized it was too small I turned around went back and said I need to upgrade. The place said I neede to pay for that rental plus rent the bigger moving truck. This was not fair to me. I felt robbed. Why couldn't they prorate? Or charge the difference.
