This locations address is on a corner of a block but the property extends halfway through the block. If you reach the GPS address it may bring you to a closed gate with a padlock on it. No way to drop off your rental equipment. If you go around the block and attempt to reach the back gate, it was also locked and closed. I had to leave the truck parked in an awkward location on half grass half dirt area next to dumpster. UHAUL key drop off box is located at the back gate.

sooo, was disappointed in the 10 foot truck that it did not have a ramp for loading and unloading heavy furniture...also, i had reserved a furniture dolly and the location did not have one

JULIAN LThis was the worst we spent more time trying to get the truck and returning the truck than we should’ve. I will definitely not rent a U-Haul again. Customer service was rude and advised us to go pick up equipment we requested when we reserved the truck at the nearest U-Haul location. Never again.
