sooo, was disappointed in the 10 foot truck that it did not have a ramp for loading and unloading heavy furniture...also, i had reserved a furniture dolly and the location did not have one

Nice place nice caring people
JULIAN LThis was the worst we spent more time trying to get the truck and returning the truck than we should’ve. I will definitely not rent a U-Haul again. Customer service was rude and advised us to go pick up equipment we requested when we reserved the truck at the nearest U-Haul location. Never again.

Steve RI am very disappointed with this rental. There was no transparency about the fees. I was only told I’d be charged $1 for extra miles I put gas and was charged for gas so I need that refunded. My car broke down, called the location let them know we were running late, they charged me $40 for extra day. This is outrageous! I’m charged 108 dollars extra
