Uhaul sucks. Over charge. Refuse to correct billings. Never accept coupon codes. Charge an entire additional day over 45 minutes. No appreciation for loyalty. They monopolize the market so they treat customers like crap.

I only needed the van for 2 hours, I feel like that if you have it back in a few hours you schouldn't be charge for a hold day for 2 hours it cost me I think $ 80.00 that was just too much that's just my point of view

My only problem was that I was not made aware that the large sliding glass doors to the storage area would be closed after 5:00 PM. I wasn't able to unload my goods & therefore had to keep the truck for another day & I also had to pay extra gas money because I had to drive a longer distance for the night. I arrived at the storage unit around 8:00 PM & was disappointed that I could not get into my storage unit. My goods would not go through the small entry door.

The staff was very nice and prompt. To improve, offering a few things for no charge would go a long way to make the customer feel they're getting they're money's worth. The total cost adds up quickly as it is, and needing a hand truck, pads, or other items for money is something I tend not to consider because of this. It also makes me want to check out other companies to see if they charge for everything else. Thank you,

Initial delivery was done by the "manager" who had no idea of the importance of customer service. His attitude and customer focus was below any customer service I have experienced in years from anyone. Return was outstanding. The young lady was totally customer focused, personable and seemed to care about the customer. This customer survey is inadequate. No questions about customer service, competitive pricing, facility, number of customer service reps during peak periods.

I drove 17.4 miles and was told I started with one-fourth tank of gas and came back with one-eight. I was charged $25.50 for gas (I was informed it would be about $4.25/gal - but am I to believe it took 6 gallons to go 17.4 miles? Then I was surprised by a $30 charge to fuel truck since I returned it under one-fourth (surprise but I did not read contract and no one told me - my fault I guess). Do all vehicles go out with one-fourth to increase changes of this charge? I think my fuel charges should be lowed to be fair. Art Beaman 919-985-2432 this has left a bad feeling in me I did not have the first time I rented from this Sanford UHaul (oh yes and I was charged $7 for trolley in spite of it not being used but this was to be corrected on my bill but since UHAUL hung up on me while discussing my discontent I am not sure it will be.
