The communication was lacking. I did not get any reminders aside from the initial email confirmation of how to pick up the rental via the mobile app. The parking and access in this particular location is very challenging as well

the mobile option, was too much work. and the referral of a friend to verify me when u have my ID was totally not expected delayed my rental process and unneccessary to do.
Cherie HHorrible check-in and checkout process was not able to upload photos of the vehicle. Not having a person there and doing it all online is a complete failure at this location.
