This was the first time I had rented or driven a U-Haul truck. The attendant kindly answered all my questions and showed me the workings of the truck personally. The truck was the perfect size and handled well. The return was easy, and everyone I talked to was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend renting from SR Tire and Wheels.

We rented a 15 foot UHaul truck from Santa Rosa Tire and Wheels on January 10th, 2026. After putting the required gas of a quarter tank in the truck right before return, we returned the vehicle to Santa Rosa Tire and Wheels. The owner, however, charged us a $30 service fee and a $24.30 service charge, claiming that we didn’t put enough gas in the tank. That is entirely false! Now we are in dispute with the credit company trying to recover our money.
