The quote was done incorrectly, the wrong car tow was scheduled and the dealer had to scramble to correct problem Therefore the cost was increased, I feel u can rebate 200!

If it wasn't for another truck in the parking lot, we would not have been able to find this location. The sign on the door is below waist level and very small. The signage for the company is hand-painted and peeling off. I took dozens of pictures from every angle to ensure we weren't being ripped off. The only positive (that kept this from being one star) was the large parking area with space available for a large truck.
CAMERON VWhat I rate poor is U-Haul itself. I had it scheduled for one location but instead of having it there they made me go to another location miles away. Instead of giving me a little credit for going out of my way they raised my rate. When I booked online they gave me a break on the car hauler for booking two items at the same time. But when I picked them up they charged me full price for both and rang them up separately and didn’t honor the other price. Bait and switch at the last minute knowing you are under the gun. I will be using someone else the next time. I have used them for times in six months.
