This rental was all around awful. The vehicle was old and window handle was falling apart. Overcharged on the rate of the vehicle, charged 29.95 not 19.95 and they overcharged on the miles I did 12 miles and they charged me for 40. When I called the facility (Midgard) where I rented it, they told me it was not responsibility and could not change it - The vehicle was not properly checked in from previous rental and then it was my problem.

Very good Customer Service
Nancy RI mistakenly put truck key in wrong box
rashamel MThe only problem was with the app. I couldn't access it to check out online in time even though I dropped my truck off on time, and so it double charged me and that wasn't fair. The location is fine but the app ripped me off.
Zipporah FThere was no description for self check in. This process took 40 minutes and the woman on site was rude. I would not recommend this experience.
