Trash in the bed which I cleaned out, puddle of water in the inside door handle, no one present to help with check in, all just virtual and takes too long Gas was only filled to 1/4 tank, I had to get gas immediately Did not get moving blankets I ordered and paid for, and was therefore charged for them missing upon dropoff

SEAN MNeed to maintenance equipment more often The Muffler was sounding very loud it was loose when I picked it up from the location I called to try to get information about the muffler hanging I could get no help at all so ISO I am not so happy about that but everything else checked out very well need to maintenance your equipment more often
WILLIAM FDid not appreciate not having a human to show in person the condition of the equipment drop off.
