The location that I picked up the truck at was good. The truck was almost new with 4000 miles on it. The problem was I was supposed to pick up a truck in Rincon but there was no truck available and no one called me. Anyone renting from U-Haul should rent a day early because twice there has been no truck available when I went to pick it up and no one told me in advance. I had to drive an extra 40 miles to pick up a truck at a different location.

DAVID BJason was AWESOME!!! He didn’t have to go above and beyond to rectify and apologize for the actual U-haul location’s many mess ups and terrible attitude but he did and it was very comforting in a time sensitive, high stress situation. I’ll only rent from him again and NOT any U-haul locations in this city because they’ve all been awful experiences.
