very disorganized, 2 employees were working yet one was dealing with another customer and the other employee didn't offer to help me, was on his phone or talking to the other employee. No customer service appreciation, the office was messy and disorganized. It felt very "sketchy", they had car parts throughout the office and didn't feel at all like a Uhaul experience

Waited over 2 hours to get my truck. The person working at the location did not know how to use system properly and caused sever delay. Was put in a situation where I had to call customer service and head office for updates.
