I have booked u haul on 1555 Warden Ave at 4pm . I went to location at 5pm. Office was closed nobody was there to assist me. When i called customer service she disconnected my call. I was getting email from last two days that somebody will call me to confirm the u haul before 4pm but never ever i got any call. If they cancelled my booking without even contacting me. Very bad service. I have search other location to get other u haul and 2 hours was wasted just because of negligence from u haul customer service department.
