Overall, the rental process went smoothly, but unfortunately the A/C in the U-Haul was not working. It was around 90 degrees outside, and I had to drive the truck for about 45 minutes due to traffic with no air conditioning, which made the drive pretty uncomfortable. I called the location to let them know, and the woman I spoke with was very apologetic and explained that the previous renters had not reported the issue. She was very kind and told me that someone should be contacting me after the Labor Day holiday and that I may receive some type of credit. I appreciated how she handled the situation, but I was definitely disappointed that the truck was rented out with no working A/C, especially in such hot weather. Hopefully they are able to get it fixed before the next person rents it.

Very good location. Helpful and proactive (representative called 2hrs before reservation to accommodate truck change due to previous renter not returning on time).
Kenneth SIf they reserve a15ft truck almost 30 days prior online a one particular facility, please dont call them 2 days before pickup to tell them they dont have it and they can only get them a 20ft truck. However, i was only charged for a 15ft as they honored the 15ft price which h was accommodating.
Brockton TDrop off was a little weird since there is no U-Haul sign anywhere. But person was available by phone when texted and called to answer questions and provide drop off instructions.
