After returning the vehicle the incompetent sales clerk attempted to charge me for extra insurance even though I had already declined. Then he said he was unable to reverse the extra charge. I was there over 1/2 hour dealing with his mistake. No apology though.

JACK RDue to issues with the combination lock and the key return process, I was left stranded in freezing conditions. The shop location is extremely difficult to find, there is no key return box or clear instructions, and parking is poorly marked—made worse by snow covering the area. These failures show a serious lack of basic planning and caused unnecessary stress, delay, and discomfort.
Shazzad SEarlier opening time. The U-Haul app was highly malfunctioning and it took over 30 min to depart with the truck as the app would not accept some photos of the drivers license and would not upload pictures of the truck prior to departure
