I'm sorry to say that, but the couple there were so unprofessional in dealing with customers, specially the lady there. She was upset & nervous on me & i don't know why, then her husband noticed that & interfered to complete procedures with me. Unfortunately at the hand over process she was alone to treat with me with kind of rudeness in unpleasant way & complain about me to her husband when i asked her to call him to finalize hand over process with him rather than her. I decide in my self to stop dealing with that branch at all despite that it's the closest to my residential & this is my third or maybe the forth time that i rent U-haul truck from that convenience store. The previous owner was way better with customers. This is my first time to report such incident in my deals with U-haul.

I don’t know who they charge me $667 for 20 foot truck for 11 hours even I returned in 7hours

catalina AI had a very poor experience with U-Haul. The truck I received was not cleaned at all, which is unacceptable for a rental service. On top of that, the staff member at the store was extremely inattentive. He kept taking phone calls while I was waiting, which delayed the process unnecessarily. It took more than half an hour just to complete the pickup. Overall, the service was slow, unprofessional, and frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
ARUN SStore was not open when we arrived, charges weren't explained properly, tank was returning full was asked to pay $4.00 because the store felt it wasn't good enough. Have photos to prove Fill but store owner disagreed. Mileage was quoted as $1.09/km then was told ot was $2.09/mile. Many discrepancies. Owner spoke Hindi to another customer and the customer stated the tank was slightly close to full and ge was dismissed. My gage was at full amd I was told it wasn't.
