Been sitting here for 3 hours now trying to drop this truck off sending me in loops and had to call roadside assistance once again just to get anybody on the phone so thank you Staci it's out in Arizona for answering the phone and being so helpful you rock! One of the worst experiences of my life in general my life that was the worst experience 3 hours picking up and almost 3 hours dropping off that's absolutely ridiculous it was more it was easier reporting and incident then it was picking up and dropping off and I ain't paying for the gas I'm not sitting here freezing for 3 hours. Understand the frustration but what you guys need to do is come up with a better little system that you got way better skin and QR code be that easy do something like come on it's not that hard if you have a website you can create step by step instructions like first one to be download the app to scan a QR code for pickup hey scan it you are for QR code for drop off boom not that hard instead y'all got to be a money gimmick just like everybody else for her and some damn dollars like I ain't never my life but thank you the truck drove great no problems whatsoever with it no problems with roadside assistance department they're awesome
