TYLER MI did not get the utility dolly or furniture pads I needed. The engine sounded like it was going to quit. Just thankful we got through the move without needing roadside assistance.

William BThe appliance dolly we ordered was not in our truck. Had to drive to a different location to pick it up. That put more miles on the truck that cost me more money. The car lot office was supposed to open at 12. No one was there. Truck was sitting on a patch of ice making it dicey to climb in and out of truck to do paperwork. We wasted over an hour getting the truck. Would NEVER go to that location or any other location that wasn’t an actual uhaul location. Not sure I would ever use Uhaul again and would NOT recommend UHaul to others
