Tried to steal from me about the gas tank. Saying I needed to fill it up past a level that I received the truck. I had only driven 5 miles in total for the entire route and I had photo evidence that my gas tank was not below the amount they stated. They tried saying I received the vehicle at a higher fuel rate than it was which it wasn’t because I had photo evidence. Then tried to say I drove too much but I have evidence of before and after of the mileage. Then showed me a screen saying $15 for environmental protection but when I got the truck back it was the $15 insurance which I opted out of. The truck was dirty and definitely scratched up. The counter didn’t say hello or acknowledge me when I was the only one in line for over 10 mins.

The truck I got was very dirty smells and nasty . I the tires and under the tire was full of mud that ruin my house drive way . I only drove 6 miles which less than a gallon of gas I purchased one gallon and after that the guy at this location charged me 4 gl of gas . The store owner was slow and does not speak good English .His location and himself should not represent U- haul . I am very unhappy of the service . I also ordered a Dollie’s which the store owner forgot to include it . Very frustrating about the service and unfair charge .
