The customer service is very poor, staff is very rude I would never use U-Haul again

PHILIP NThe truck we picked up had a busted windshield wiper, so we replaced it with one of our own; it had no fuel, so we added fuel to be able to do our move. However, we were still charged a fuel surcharge and not given any credit for the wiper and gas we added, even though the salesperson told us we would be credited. I am appalled by this experience and will be actively recommending against ever using U-Haul in the future.
JOANNA MStaff was busy with other matters and didn’t do anything beyond telling me where to park the truck. It would have been nice to complete the check-in (look at truck for damage, check fuel and mileage, etc)
