I had reserved a location close to me, then the night before was switched to this one - an hour away. It is in the middle of nowhere. I was sent to Carvers Screen Printing-Sebring, OH. I was to pick the trailer up at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. Door locked. Store closed. Called the phone # on the door. The rep arrived 10 minutes later. We did paperwork. Then he GAVE ME DIRECTIONS TO THE UHAUL TRAILER LOCATION. Ugh. Found the storage place with 3 Uhaul trucks and 2 trailers. Not a big place. He hooked up my trailer. I started home. 20 minutes later he called me. He had given me the wrong trailer. I had to go back and exchange it. When I returned it I could not do the return via the app, due to there being no cell service. This place is really in the middle of nothing!
