I was suppose to pick up equipment in Bellingham Wa but was rerouted to this location 50 miles away. The location in Bellingham had the equipment, they just didn’t want to give it up for one way rental. I know this because I went to Bellingham location for assistance loading car on tow dolly. Which was done incorrectly and I almost lost the car. Left wheel was completely untethered and chains were attached not crisscrossed.
