Would have been better if there were 2 people to take care of things. Alot of people in and out while I stand there and wait
MARSHALL KTook about 40 minutes of our valuable move in time for the attendant to give me the van and to take it back. The van was very dirty when we got it so we had to lay tarps down as im not wasting my own time to wash out a rental unit that i didn’t even dirty. Gave it back with WAY too much fuel in it and will certainly remember to not do that next time. Renting from this location was stressful and a waste of time. The van ran fine and did what it was meant to do. The workers at this location clearly dont have time to deal with renting out uhaul units.
