I struggled with how to rate this location. The manager on duty was brand new and had never checked in a truck that was being turned in early. She had a great attitude and wanted to be helpful, she was just new. I’m sure she will learn quickly. I would rate her an excellent.

Stefano RCheck engine light was on in truck. My complaint is that my reserved truck was not available at my first location (not this one). It took several calls and wasted 2 hours trying to get a truck all due to Uhaul errors. This location is great. Uhaul fleet management is horrible.
