The truck was dirty in the cabin and not clean. It was not locked and the window was partially opened. The truck was old and not in the best condition.

Alignment was off on the steering the bushing on the tie rod on the front end was blown. I’m guessing this vehicle did not have any maintenance before I had it on the front end suspension. Kentucky roads are bad but I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m gonna jump off the road for over an hour.

DONALD SSun visor broken. The rubber seal around the driver's door fell off in my lap while I was driving. Staff did not seem concerned about anything I was saying. Staff's customer service skills extremely lacking. I spoke in a kind and gentle manner. Staff not friendly at all. I will NOT choose this UHAUL location again.
