I think they need to do better on how they price there truck and how they place where they should drop off the truck and make it reasonable to drop off and pick up the truck instead of increasing price on the consumer to rail road them into a price that isn't reasonable it's forced?

I had a 5 x 8 rented, but it would not hook on my hitch, so had to take a 4 x 8. The lady at the rental pickup was demanding and was very very rude. The trailer leaked and water got on most of the goods we were moving, it was raining most of the trip the entire floor of the trailer was wet when we arrived. I informed the turn in location of the leakage and they were going to check the unit.

Got charged twice for safe move insurance. And charged 40 dollars for an extra day, that didn’t even show up on invoice. The guy didn’t speak English so it’s hard to get them to understand me. Horrible pick up location.

Picking up was over 45 min and no one to help attach it; your computer seemed not to work. Thank goodness a customer helped me put it on and could explain everything. Returning it was a breeze with an extra person there able to help take it off and park.

Please make sure that the clerk is precise about his/her knowledge of fuel and miles. Our particular clerk got over on us for approximately 20 miles which inured additional charges. Also, see that clerk is curtious and realize that he/she doesn't have the monopoly of the rental world. Please and thank you!!

Train the people at pickup and drop off locations on how to look up information on the computer without having to take 40 minutes to do it when we already did the sign in online. Or else, perhaps update software so information is readily available from the contract number to speed things along. Also be sure trucks are full of gas which is the least you can do since you charge extra for mileage over a certain allowance. Good Customer service to start us off with a full tank. I will never use UHaul again. Wasted precious time trying to get the truck.
