Travis and Teri Cassill are very helpful and were easy to work with. This was an older trailer (holes in side rails would not accommodate ratcheting tie downs, only rope) and not water tight, which we only discovered after we were at our destination. It probably should be retired, but it completed the trip as needed, so I’m very happy.
