The man helping me at the Quick Stop was very nice, but he didn't seem to know the process for checking out a vehicle. He kept trying to start a new reservation, even though I already had a reservation and showed him the confirmation number. The process took close to 45 minutes, which was frustrating. Nothing against him personally, he just needs more training.
