I tried to reserve from the location in my town but was unable to. No reason given, only told that I had to drive 15 miles to go get the truck, and then of course 15 miles to return it! And then I was charged $1.09 per mile! What a freaking rip off!! The truck located here in my town hasn't moved a damn inch in months! Will definitely NOT be using UHaul again.
