The truck was exactly what I needed and available exactly when I needed it. The staff were both kind and professional . The service could not have been better
Robert PRequested equipment was not available (this is the second time U-Haul did not have requested moving equipment, hand dolly, available. I had to go buy a dolly for this move. U-Haul should not offer equipment if it is not going to be there when you pick up the truck. It put me in a bind.
SHARON HI opted for the online check in which is a waste of time if the employee with the truck key is not on site and you have to wait for20 minutes for them to return
Chris TPlace is VERY hard to find , place looks like something els than uhaul dealership.two is i believe truck was paid for TWICE...
