Seriously the reps at this location were wonderful. Check in was easy. Van was easy to drive. Only thing I got confused on was making sure what fuel type it took. I found it written on gas cap but having it in contract/rental paperwork could be helpful so we make sure core r fuel type is used and easy to find :)

Robert PRequested equipment was not available (this is the second time U-Haul did not have requested moving equipment, hand dolly, available. I had to go buy a dolly for this move. U-Haul should not offer equipment if it is not going to be there when you pick up the truck. It put me in a bind.
