LITUSS provided exceptional customer service with the Uhaul rental. I left them a really good yelp review but Molly at LITUSS turned a stressful move into a not so stressful move. We also used their facility for storage which my Mom set up separately and that was also excellent. I can't recommend this storage facility enough for storage or Uhaul rentals.

CELESTE KChange NOTHING! We received professional, personalized service from a welcoming woman, Molly—who turned out to be the facility owner. Truck's cab & box were the cleanest of my 50+ years of occasional U-Hauling. Although our chosen pickup location is one hour from our (West Point, Calif.) home—45 minutes farther than your disappointing local franchise—the extra 1.5-hour round trip was well worth the improved pickup experience.
