Was to get 12 moving blankets. Girl told me there were 12 moving blankets in a pack when there is only 6 so I paid for 6 I didn’t get. Trailer had no tongue jack and had to manually lift the trailer onto my hitch by myself.

12x6 trailer no jack no help lifting. A 73 year old man was left by himself to get this extremely heavy tow trailer lifted to truck hitch. Very unacceptable.
