It was super busy, took a little while to be helped. Not really anything to do about it, and I understand. Every employee was extremely helpful and quick!

The personnel was able to waive my need to have the tank filled up to just under half tank. However, I still had to fill it up to a quarter tank which was about 7 gallons. I would love that money back as well.

Very efficient. They had enough staff for the 9am rush of customers. Very pleased with how they moved customers through. This is how it should be done - thanks

Ask about Smart Tow. I was charged for it without being aware of it. It's right there on the contract that I should have taken the time to read the whole thing instead of just signing where they pointed out. Also, don't be late returning or they will simply charge you for another day. Good luck trying to get that charge reversed. Sure it was two hours, just make sure you ask them about all of their policies and don't expect them to just tell you. They want your money.

Dropped off at night after closing. Hard to evaluate one way or another. Key drop location could have been better marked - no indication on the side of the building where the entrance would be during the day.

Knew where to drop the keys & agreement but wasn't sure where to leave the truck.

I rented a 24’ moving van from your Shoreline, WA facility this past Thursday and used it to move some things from Shoreline to Olympia. The truck had several issues which I felt I should share with you in hopes that it either be fixed or decommissioned so that others don’t have the same experience. The suspension was severely worn to the point that, even keeping my speed under 55 mph the entire trip, the truck jumped around so bad at times I could hardly keep control of the vehicle. The suspension issue, coupled with the loose steering made it even more difficult to control. Also, I had to make several stops to adjust the right side mirror because it was loose and kept drifting off, making it impossible to see behind me on the right side. The air conditioning also did not work. It was a 3 hour drive back in 90 degree heat and was quite uncomfortable. I feel the truck you rented me is unsafe. I hope you will take appropriate action.

I rented a pickup truck for an hour. the windows on the truck were dirty. The guy who brought the truck out parked it far away and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask him if that was my truck. He replied, " do you have a pick up" and kept walking. I am 65 and disabled and walk with a limp. The guy could have brought the pick up truck closer, the stalls were empty. The general appearance of all the employees was dirty and not neat. The guy who did my paperwork was nice. You guys got the job done however nothing above or beyond. I use uhaul a lot, in California and Florida, got to say, you guys came in last. Why is there not any pride at this place? These guys need to get motivated.

The truck was late. No information on when it would return. We had already waited the entirety of the morning for a truck. It was scheduled for 2pm (a very inconvenient time, but completely out of our control), but it did not arrive until 230. We ended up having to move in the dark due to Uhaul scheduling procedures and then late equipment. I fell in the dark and have cuts and bruises. Worst move. Likely the last time I use Uhaul.

This location is very efficient and quick. I came in the night before my reservation without notice and the truck was ready and I was out of there in 10 min. Return was also great, not even having to go inside. The truck however is showing it's age. At 196,000 miles I don't expect it to be top of the line, it does haul a load just fine, but the radio but it didn't work, AC didn't work (even advertised on the door), and seat belt tensioner would sometimes get stuck so it would stay loose until you pulled it out and let it snap back. The parking brake would also get stuck on (automatically engaged when you went into park). I would have to restart the vehicle twice going in and out of drive to get it to release. When I rented another 24' truck last year it had similar miles with all the above issues plus the headlights were so dim they were almost useless and it died twice while in motion at 45mph requiring shift to neutral restart and shift to drive. That's a little scary in a big truck you are not 100% used to driving, carrying all your belongings.

Tell the customer that there is a per-mile fee up front. This was not in the tiny, one-page flyer I was asked to look over and sign when renting. When I questioned my final bill that was over twice what I'd agreed to pay, the same guy that had served me when I picked up the van laughed snidely and said "I don't know why you wouldn't know there was a fee." I didn't know because HE hadn't mentioned it AND it wasn't in the paper I was asked to sign. Although I've rented from this location in the past, this experience will have me renting from anyone EXCEPT Uhaul in the future.

Customer service rep had a bad attitude. His name is Phillip. The young kid that checked us in was great. Otherwise, all was good

This location consistently looses reservations and the two trucks I have successfully rented from them have booth had "check-engine" light issues through out the rental. Customer service is deplorable and the "gentlemen" working there run around like they have no clue what's going on and this is the first time they've ever done this. I'll be going elsewhere for truck rentals from now on.

Actually follow through on the order. I ordered a 20' truck 3 weeks in advance. I checked 2 days before and was told I'd have to go 20 miles away to pick up what I wanted, not getting it at the closest location! Circumstances forced me to get an immediately available 17' truck, which was not spacious enough to move everything in one trip. The local guys were great; this is not their fault. The corporate logistics need work; lots of work. I'm still moving what we couldn't pack in the truck.

I was really not impressed with the truck. The driver side mirror was almost impossible to adjust (took two adults to manhandle it and it was so stiff that we couldn't get it to the right place) which was super dangerous as I was driving. The windows were manual which was fine, except the knob on the handle kept falling off every time I tried to use. Really, the mirror was the worst part because it made driving so dangerous.
