The customer service is severely lacking. I have visited this location at least 6 times for supplies and vans. The impression I get is that they don't really like their jobs and are looking to do as little as possible for the benefit of the customer. This has been my experience. At my last visit I accidentally pulled the truck in the wrong way and was met with aggression. No offer to repark truck by employee. Then, I was not told what the return procedure entailed. So when I began to,go,inside my,name was yelled, and was shamed. The guy was joking wiyh me, but at that point I was angry and offended.

fuel tank was "full" upon pickup but I only drove 15 miles and returned the vehicle full - 5.4 gallons. therefore the vehicle wasn't really full even the needle was on the "f" part of the guage, the van doesn't use 3 miles per gallon. no reimbursement, it is a scam. if i hadn't put fuel in the location would have really filled up the van, so it's a no win situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Service, in general, at this location has been very good. However, I almost always drop off the truck after hours, and, each time, I am charged a fuel charge, despite having filled at least 1 gallon for each 10miles driven. I figure the fuel receipt can fall out of the contract folder. I take a picture of my contract with the fuel purchase receipt attached, as personal proof. When I remember to check my final bill, I let them know the next time, and I am given a refund. The last 2 times, I have taped my fuel receipt to the contract. However, this time, they still charged me $12, despite having the taped receipt on the contract. I called the phone number and spoke to a representative, who said the person who billed me would call me back right away—she never did. Oh, and this time, the truck storage compartment smelled like cow manure....

The mobile phone online process to pick up and drop off vehicles is terrible! You have far too many steps required to complete these steps! Much much easier to get served by staff. I won’t use it again.

*** COMMENTS ABOUT CALL CENTER NOT LOCATION *** I called to reserve a van and was told a hold could not be placed without a credit card. This is NOT true and I told the representative so and asked it this was new. She then said she was at the call center not the location which is why she could not do it. Having been a rep. I know the options well. I don't like giving my CR Card over the phone and was not in a place I could do so. I ended up just going to the location, they met all my needs but the customer service at the call center was below the level I know they are capable of.
