It took me an extra hour to check k in because they wouldn't accept my insurance card on my phone for insurance and had to drive three places before finding one to print. The ramp for the 26 foot trailer was too short. Last time I rented one they were 12 ft long.. Gas was o KY at an eighth instead of a quarter tank as listed I took a picture of the tank when I started and finished plus I cLled it in immediately to office and uploaded yet was charged: Which I am challenging.
