On the U-Haul website it said there was someone there 24 hours. There was not. It was also unclear where to park the vehicle.

Tenika MPickup location was changed at the last minute. I was not told this was a mobile pickup location and no one was there to assist. Spent 30 mins trying to figure out the mobile pickup instructions. Very cumbersome and took forever. Would not recommend.
David DThis private company (storage) looked like it had been abandoned for years. Online drop of was terrible because it would not let us save the current location to continue with the drop off process. No one was present and phone number was all electronic services - no actual person to contact. Remove this drop off location immediately.
