The checking out of the vehicle and checking in is a bit confusing, but customer service was very helpful during business hours. It was nice talking to a human.

The parking area is too small. If you aren't experienced in backing a trailer, this is a scary location. A homeless guys lives in an old van on the property - weird.

JOHN RThe lot was far too small to park the truck with a trailer. The service person was kind and personable, but the facility was impossibly small. Two raggedy vans housing homeless people were sitting on the lot when we returned the trailer. They were still there when we returned the truck the next day. That was doubly disappointing in view of the fact that the staff at the facility were very kind and gracious.
