Wrecker's Employees Were Great 🙌On the Other Hand the Representative from U-Haul Was Very RudeHis Name Is Kerry . Very Unprofessional &Has No Business In Any Customer Service Position Of Any Kind .I was Over Charged I Went Under 38 Miles in a 10 foot Truck That Rents For 19.95 Per Day In is Exactly 24 Hours.Kerry Thought I needed to explain Myself To Him Why I was Being overcharge for something out of my control. I left there a lot at exactly 10:32 AM Monday. The truck was back on their lot by 10:07 AM. The receptionist was with two other clients that were pursuing a rental. I patiently waited my turn until 10:21 Am so by the time she put it in the POS system, it made it look like I had returned the truck late.Then I was informed My Kerry 10 ft Trucks Don't Rent for 24 Hours !!!Since When I've rented 1 million U-Haul in my lifetime I've always had them for 24 hours when I put the gas back in the rental. It was a quarter tank over what it was when I rented it and I told him don't worry about the extra gas I put in there that was my mistake. On Monday when I rented the U-Haul at wreckers towing I was informed I said do I need to have it back this evening? She said she informed me no you have it for 24 hours. One thing I've learned is an adult never complain and never explain. I don't know why Kerry felt that I had to give him an explanation of why, and when I returned the truck terrible service on the part of the U-Haul Representative "What Happened to the Customer's Always Right ".A Awesome Employee at Wreckers Gave Me The Money That Was Owed to MeOut of His Own Pocket♥️🙌🙏Worst Service I've Ever Had From U-Haul EVER!

The pick up experience was very inconvenient. It took 45 minutes and two phone calls to get through the pick up process. The app kept getting stuck on verification and then looping back asking for the drivers photo and license information. After 4 attempts the representative on the phone was able to get us through. So much more difficult, and frustrating than before the app.
JOSEPH RSo I only drove 17 miles in the U-Haul and was charged 33 dollars for 8 gallons of gas.. no way it took that much. Very upset about it
JOSHUA SCustomer service rep was very professional and helpful. Great attitude and knowledgeable. Newer truck easy to handle and maneuver. We are still in process of moving and will be renting again from Wreckers Towing in Sidney, Ohio. Very pleased!
Bert BWhen I got there the uhaul was not accessible I had to call the company to move other uhauls out of the way just to get to mine the wipers need changed bad and it starts hard like it's battery is about to go out the air bag lights on as if it's not working
