The Key box was unable to be located for over 20 minutes because it’s located at the back of the building and not the front like it should be. And there’s nothing saying where the box is like a sign or anything

James TA common problem with uhaul trucks I have used in the past is that the heater or air conditioner doesn’t work or just barely. The air on this truck was not really working. Made noise but didn’t get cool and didn’t blow from the vents.
