More signage or an actual area for U-Haul separate from the motel front lobby. Drove through it twice because that's where the location marked. Vehicle was dropped off 2 days before the last day to turn in equipment and still got an email stating contract was not completed one day after the final day. Called and notified U-Haul of the discrepancy and all was handled, but no peace of mind was given. Was stressing out about being charged extra for equipment that I didn't have, and didnt have extra funds for, due to negligence. I followed paperwork and rules and was still told it wasn't done right just because of the drop-off location not following through on their end and holding me responsible.

This location was closed at the time of our truck return. Therefore, I can't rate the location
MERCEDES O12' truck. 11' awning. Turning around in traffic with a 26' truck was absurd.
