I was charged $197.00 when I picked the vehicle up, and then $141.00 when I returned the vehicle the next day bringing my total to well over $330.00. Returned to the place that I picked the vehicle and showed him my credit card statement. He called someone and assured me it would be remedied on that day. Checked my account today and nothing has changed. I will be going to that location today or tomorrow and find out why IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED !!!!!.

Tried to overcharge for my km. Charging me 51 km when I only did 9 Poor customer service. Will never use them again
MICHELLE FIt wasn't as clean inside the truck when rented from UHAUL locations, but as long as i'm not charged for it, i'm fine with it. The service was nice and easy. I was unhappy with the online booking as I thought I received free mileage for local moving, but was charged a per km rate when I picked it up. So the original fee was x3 the price - not including the gas that we had to add.
