I had to change my reservation date & time. Mail & print was so helpful & worked with me. I also had difficulty locating the store. Staff were so helpful in giving directions to find it. They also recommended I fill the gas tank rather than U-Haul charging me for it. I would recommend 100%.

Drive 20 miles and put in 3 gallons of gas before return and was charged $11. 00 for more gas
