I paid uhaul extra money to do thier work for them. The self help check in system is total BS. The app wouldn't work, pictures wouldn't download. Directions to get the key were confusing at first. I had already given all the information to Uhaul and was expecting to get a code, get my key, get out of there. NOT WASTE 30 MINUTES TRYING TO GET THINGS TO WORK. I already had a hour drive each direction because uhaul couldn't follow through with my original RESERVATION in sheldon. I'm in a hurry. I Don't have time for thst crap. This facility in Sioux center is top notch. The fact that uhaul has a reducoulse self check in system is not thier fault. I would absolutely rent from thier location again

William VI. was contacted the night before I was to pick up my trailer it would be 40 miles further than I was told...we were already 40 miles away from our pickup point. That makes it 160 miles round trip instead of 80. I did get a free day, but the miles took alot of time and effort on a 95 degree day. I had to go by the other uhaul place on the way back, they had 3 trailers of a similar size I could have used if it had been offered.
