similar experience as the pick up except no one was available even though it stated that they were opened until 3:00pm on saturday. We got there at 2:50 with no one there. Left the key in the lock box and had to call monday to which the counter person replied they did not know what to do. I again had to call the UHaul to assist in figuring it out
