Chris LI’ve never rented a U-Haul doing this process without going into an actual building and speaking with someone in person to reserve a truck. This was an easy process and when I did have some trouble customer service was available to assist. The truck was very clean, smelled brand new. And the gas was great having traveled an hour away to where I was moving. Being able to drop it off in my new city was so convenient! I would definitely do this again! Great job U-Haul with the business service upgrade!
