Had a reservation for a store on montana got sent to another city for the truck then another store for the car carrier than another store for the blankets never again will I use u haul the hired movers spent most of there time arguing and didn't know how to load a truck correctly

I had a hiccup this day with a UHaul reservation that almost ruined my plans. UHaul transport dispatch found a truck for me that day around mid-day and I had to pick it up literally across town. On arrival, the gentleman at this location was so kind, helpful, and beyond understanding of my situation when trying to pick this U-Haul truck at the last moment. I had to drive from the far west side to the FAR east side past Eastlake to pick up a truck in the only size available (due to a lack of trucks/equipment in the area). It wasn't the ideal situation, but I had to. make-do and he was more than understanding when I voiced my concerns about the mileage I had to drive to get back home to load up and the mileage I had to add to drive back in that direction to head out-of-town. I would highly recommend this location for truck pick up should you need a U-Haul.
VANESSA OThey ensured that the equipment that I needed was available, even going out to another state to pick up the vehicle. I know some folks that have had a bad experience with other locations, as far as them not having the equipment there. I wholeheartedly praise Sundance Feed N Seed for their efforts. Top notch service!
