There was no cool air in the cabin, it was too hot. Windows sound like they are going to break. Tire pressure light needs maintenance

I had reserved a truck to be picked up in Capitola & found out that it was changed to Campbell, sending me on a detour & adding an unexpected 1+ hours to a trip which I didn’t have much time on. I would look at another rental company that could guarantee a pickup location at time of reservation.

Juanita OIt was like trying to rent a U-Haul in Tijuana, the first three phone calls no one even spoke English. There's no select area for U-Haul, you have to wait in line at a small Bodega grocery store, not professional by any means when you have set aside a reservation. The trailer I rented was an okay condition but the leaf springs and undercarriage looked in dire need of attention.
