I didn't like that no one was there to help. Tyler in the chat just disappeared when I was having trouble. Figured it out, never did get the app to work, it was very annoying.

I had a reservation for 1 location and when I got there it wasn’t staged so I had to go to another Location that was way out of the way it took me three hours just to even get one and I didn’t get to use the dolly that I ran in because it wasn’t in there because there’s it was a mess.
Amanda CThe truck needs serviced the steering pops and crunches like the rack and pinion is going out the mirror on passenger door is loose won't stay set. But other then that is was overall good ran fine easy enough for pick up and drop off thank you
