Disappointed in U-Haul, my reservation was for the whole day with the time of 7 AM in the morning which is ridiculous. Four days later the location charges me an additional $60 for a late if I wanted to return it earlier, the baskets are closed and locked!
REX MCoordination between locations and your email online reservation service could be significantly improved. I kept trying to reserve a truck at the Sonoma fruit basket location, and every time they would confirm my reservation for a 10 foot truck. It would send me back over to the Napa location and tell me that the Sonoma location did not have a truck available even though there were trucks available the gentleman at the Sonoma location is very helpful very courteous. So I can’t understand why you’re online reservation and your call-center kept referring me back over to Napa location otherwise I was very satisfied but you do need to get that communication problem cleared out because it looks like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing
