I specifically chose the mobile pickup because I was on a very tight schedule. UHaul called me three times to confirm that I wanted to pick up at 12 a.m. I did. Got to the site, started entering information into the app as requested, it crashes, loses all of my info and makes me have to convert the reservation to a manual pickup the next day. Got there the next day, now on an even TIGHTER schedule and the attendant had no idea I had a reservation, and did not know where the key was hidden. Finally calls someone to find out and then he cannot open the lock. I lost valuable time at a time when I could not afford to. I am requesting that UHaul not charge me for the rental fee. I will pay the mileage charge for the time I used the truck (which was great, thank you).

Took 30 plus minutes for the guy to figure out how to get it set up on his computer then when he did his card reader wasn’t set up so then I had to take cash out and pay more. Then the gas was on 1/4 a tank and when I brought it back the guy said I needed to fill it to 3/8ths tank. Then it took another 30 minutes when I brought it back for me to get my money and my receipt. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Probably shouldn’t even be able to have U-Haul at this place .

the attendant at the store was not trained on u haul rentals after 45 minutes and some phone calls we were finally on our way



Took over an hour to check me out. Tired from moving 4 hours starving wanting to get home and it took over an hour to check me out., he kept attending to other customers getting gas or cigarette. He couldn't figure out since it showed I wasn't checked in he had to call Ryan the uhaul supervisor twice. NEVER WILL I USE THAT LOCATION. And why was i charged for miles. I drove 31 miles I should of been charged for 1 mile only. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

When arrived at the location, the representative had to locate the U Haul password and userid only to find out that he needed to reset both. After 20 minutes on the phone with U Haul we were able to complete the return check in and finish the transaction. While the local representative was apologetic it was a frustrating customer service experience.

The employee that was working at this pick up location seemed to have no idea what was going on. He had my truck ready but didn't have any paperwork prepared or even seem to know I wqs coming in and took forever to find my reservation through his computer. I made the appointment for 7:30am pickup thinking I could get in and out but instead his disorganization and cluelessness put me behind schedule for my move.

I have moved several times in the past, but this was a terrible experience. The employees were friendly, but not knowledgable of the "uhaul business". It took me an hour to pick up the truck where the employee on the phone with someone at uhaul was swearing at her because she did not know how to ring me out for the service, and an hour to drop the truck off because the the trucks mileage of me leaving was different than what it actually was. I have a picture to prove it. On a day where I am limited to 11 hours with the truck, I spent 2 hours just trying to pick up and drop off. Would never recommend uhaul again. I wasn't even offered any discounts for all the troubles I encountered. I also was told that if I had not taken a picture of the mileage I would have had to pay for all of the mileage.
